Do we accept insurance?
Naoki Therapy is in network with UHC, UHC AHCCCS, UMR, Aetna, and Banner Aetna. All other plans, Naoki would be considered Out-Of-Network provider. We are happy to provide you with a Superbill upon request that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
What type of payments do we accept?
We accept credit cards, HSA (Health Savings Account) cards, and FSA (flexible savings accounts) cards.

New Patient Intake: $150
55-Minute Session: $150
55-Minute Couples Session: $180
(I do not take insurance for couples therapy)
Do we offer Sliding Scales?
Naoki Therapy does offer sliding scales. A limited number of sliding scale spots are available for clients experiencing financial hardship. Sliding scale rates are offered based on income, household circumstances, and availability, and must be approved prior to beginning services. Please contact use to discuss eligibility and current openings.
